The club offers a variety of sessions across the Sunshine Coast, including:

  • Sundays: Caloundra (8.30 am and 11 am)
  • Mondays: Buderim (12 noon), Meridan Plains (9.30 am), Maleny (6.30 pm)
  • Tuesdays: Buderim (9.30 am), Cooroy (6.00 pm)
  • Wednesdays: Buderim (8.00 am and 10.15 am), Meridan Plains (9.30 am), Caloundra (Advanced Players Training at 8.30 am)
  • Thursdays: Buderim (12 noon), Cooroy (6.00 pm), Caloundra (6.00 pm)
  • Fridays: Buderim (10.30am), Meridan Plains (9.30am), Caloundra League (9.00am)
  • Saturdays: Mountain Creek (8.00 am alternating between Social Play and Come and Try Day, and Skills and Drills for Beginners), Advanced Players game at 10.15 am
